Customer builds their drink on the kiosk
ChaPanda uses AutoFront self-ordering kiosks and Aimer POS, connected to its bubble tea machines, across its Auckland and Sydney stores.

ChaPanda is a bubble tea brand with stores in Auckland CBD, New Zealand, and Sydney, Australia. Both stores use Aimer HQ's AutoFront platform to take orders through Compact self-ordering kiosks and Aimer POS. Orders are sent straight to the bubble tea machines for preparation, and customers order and pay in one step.

A bubble tea order often includes several choices per drink: size, sweetness, ice and toppings. When these are taken at the counter and passed along by hand, busy periods can mean longer queues and more room for error. ChaPanda wanted customers to order for themselves, with each order reaching the drink station exactly as entered.

ChaPanda uses AutoFront Compact self-ordering kiosks and Aimer POS, with orders sent directly to its bubble tea machines, so each drink moves from the customer's order to preparation without being re-entered by hand.
